— restaurateurs best known for JOOLZ and The Jackalope Grill in Bend ,Oregon. This project honors their culinary roots, their passion to forage and gather while expanding into new realms of retail, epicurean innovation, and hospitality.

This epicurean pantry features internationally sourced provisions and JOOLZBOX house favorites; spice blends, dukkah nuts, hummus and baba, the nearly famous sticky toffee date cake of course, preserves from local farms, artisanal compound butters, and culinary gift boxes. 

We strive to nourish connection and curiosity through beautifully sourced ingredients, seasonal dishes, and shared stories—whether over a catered meal, a workshop, or a jar of our signature Persian Breadcrumbs or Moroccan Barbecue Sauce.
